How to turn off usb port of a computer without software?

If you want to turn off your USB port of your computer just follow this steps

1.Go to run
2.Type regedit

3.Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

4.Select SYSTEM

5.Select CURRENT CONTROL SET

6.Select SERVICES

7.Select USB TOR

8.Here is a option name start 

If you want to turn off USB port Double click on start & change value 4 instead of  3

9.[N.B] If you want to turn on USB port again Double click on start & change value 3 instead of  4
